Designed to blend beautifully with a variety of architectural styles for an eclectic look, our Briggs Collection borrows its design aesthetic from an intriguing array of stylistic influences – from the intricate grates found in Morocco to the doorknobs of a cathedral built in the 1800s. WARRANTY
Rocky Mountain Hardware stands behind all of our bronze products with a lifetime guarantee on material and workmanship. In addition, the internal mechanisms, including all locks, latches, etc., are guaranteed for 50 years from the date of sale to the original user. Rocky Mountain Hardware will repair or replace the defective product or parts that fall within these guidelines. When necessary, a proof of purchase dated within the warranty period may be required. The patina finish applied to our bronze products is known as a “living finish” which means it will change with time, touch, climate, etc. Because each product will be exposed to a varying set of conditions, we do not warranty the finish of our products.
Care + Cleaning
The desirable and inevitable quality of bronze is that it will change. There is no cleaner, wax, or polish that can stop this process. Ideally, the surface should not be treated with a cleaner. If necessary, however, it can be cleaned with mild soap, water, and non-abrasive cloth will help the hardware age gracefully. A high quality clear paste wax may be applied to any patina to protect the finish.
